Dr. (Prof.) Vikram Saxena is an accomplished educationist and academic leader with more than 21 years of experience spanning school education, higher education, curriculum development, academic administration, teacher training, and institutional leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Management (Business Economics) along with qualifications in Economics, International Business, Mathematics, and Education.

A CBSE Recognized Resource Person for Training & Development (RP108178), Dr. Saxena has undertaken CBSE Capacity Building Programmes across the region on Life Skills, Values Education, Artificial Intelligence in Classrooms, Mental Health & Well-being of Students, and Foundational Literacy & Numeracy. He has also completed CBSE programmes in experiential learning, competency-based education, and school-based assessment.

His professional journey includes extensive experience as a Principal, academic administrator, Assistant Professor, consultant, and curriculum specialist. His leadership experience has involved implementing NEP 2020, academic transformation, teacher recruitment and development, student counselling, institutional administration, and strengthening school systems. He has also served as a District Training Coordinator under CBSE Centre of Excellence, Bhopal.

Mr. Pranav Kumar Jha is an accomplished educationist and academic leader with 15+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, academic coordination, faculty development, school administration, and professional training. His career progression from PGT Mathematics to School Coordinator and currently Vice Principal reflects extensive experience in academic leadership, institutional planning, teacher development, and student management.

He holds a multidisciplinary academic portfolio comprising M.Sc. in Mathematics, M.A. in History, MBA in Human Resources, M.Phil. in History, and B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics, bringing together subject expertise, educational research, human-resource management, and leadership perspectives.

Mr. Jha has significant exposure to CBSE teacher-training and professional-development initiatives, including district-level coordination of the mandatory CBSE training platform and serving as a Venue Director for various CBSE training programmes. His professional training exposure includes areas such as value education, gender sensitivity, and 21st-century teaching and learning.

His professional experience includes working as a Business Analyst with Phoenix Knowledge Management Pvt. Ltd., Pune, followed by leadership responsibilities in technology architecture, corporate technology strategy, technology planning, and training initiatives. His extensive engagement with diverse sections of society has enabled him to develop a nuanced understanding of human behaviour, interpersonal dynamics, and the importance of empathy in professional environments.

He is particularly passionate about applying the principles of Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology to practical situations within the corporate and professional world. Over the years, he has delivered training programmes across a comprehensive spectrum of professional and behavioural competencies, including NLP and communication, presentation skills, personality development, business and communicative English, emotional intelligence, leadership, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, confidence building, effective body language, corporate ethics and etiquette, stress and time management, customer relationship management, personal grooming, group discussions, mock interviews, and industry expectations for fresh graduates.

Dr. Umesh Chandra Jain is a distinguished educationist, chemistry academician, school leader, and CBSE Resource Person with over 35 years of teaching experience and 15 years of academic leadership across premier institutions. Currently serving as Principal, Ultroneous School of Studies, Morena (M.P.), he has previously led several renowned CBSE schools and has also contributed to higher education as a university faculty member and Visiting Faculty in Chemistry.

Recognized nationally for his excellence in education, Dr. Jain has received prestigious honours, including the Best Chemistry Teacher Award, the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Outstanding Principal Award (2016), and recognition from the Royal Society of Chemistry, London. His work was earlier appreciated and honoured by His Excellency Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam in 2005 at the Indian Science Congress, Hyderabad. Dr. R. Easwaran is a distinguished educationist, CBSE-recognized Resource Person, accomplished school leader, inventor, and author with over 32 years of experience in school education, including 15 years as a teacher and 17 years as a Principal across India and the Republic of Maldives. He has successfully led reputed institutions in Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat, driving excellence in academics, teacher development, student engagement, and institutional growth.

A passionate innovator, Dr. Easwaran holds an Indian Patent for the Rotocraft Apparatus and authored the book Birth of My First Patent.
